I'd rather eat dog food than eat at Sal's Place
This is possible the worst restaurant I have seen, definitely by FAR the worst in ptown. The service was horrible, taking our appetizers 30 minutes to come out, and they were simple salads, which were disgusting, swimming in tons of dressing. we tried to make the most of it by ordering champagne for the table to curb our appetites BUT even that was horrible, who serves warm champagne. our entrees finally arrived over an hour and a half later and were not appetizing. one of our friends literally took one bite threw cash on the table and walked away. my only regret besides even cosidering eating here was not doing the same! the service was inexcuseable, and when we alerted management she said "sorry you have had any less than perfection' try less than acceptable. avoid this place at all costs! places like this do not deserve to be in business.

A new gay lodging option on Patong Beach, Phuket |

On September 1st, 2010 the Sea Front Home hotel at Patong Beach, Phuket is changing management, and will become the Baan-Phil Guesthouse. The new gay-owned guesthouse operated by two Frenchmen (both called Philippe) and their friendly Thai staff, will undergo renovation and promises to be a great addition to the gay hotel lodging options in Phuket, one of Thailands hottest gay destinations.
