Ive visited a few spas in Vegas over the years. The ones that are definetly worth checking out are Mandalay Bay and Caesars Palaces Qua Spa. Both are very large, only men and have a variety of features.
Caesars Palace Qua Spa - $40 day pass. Has one giant room with three whirlpools on an elevated deck. One large whirlpool that is "endless" style and two smaller pools (warm and cold plunge). In the center of the three there is a giant circular rain shower. On each side there are heated stone benches to relax and enjoy the views from. Down the hall is a locker room with digital code locks (no keys) a large relaxation room with tvs and fruit. Further down you will find another elevated deck with another medium sized warm whirlpool and a variety of tempeture rooms. There is a regular hot steam room, aroma room, sauna, and artic snow room. Probably the biggest and most elaborate. I did see two guys in more then happy states.
Mandalay Bay is smaller but still large. Not as pricey but depending on the season (and economy) they may require you to be a hotel guest. One large room with 4 hot tubs - 2 warm, 1 hot and 1 cold plunge. Dolphin heads spew water into each whirlpool as well as water falls. Brightly lit and all pools surronded by relaxing benches/couches. Large Sauna and steam room. Sperate locker room with keyed locks and shower rooms
