I love the Red Inn and have visited there on several occasions over the years. My partner and I visited the Red Inn the first week in August and while the food was extremely good, I was very disappointed with the service. My water glass was empty most of the night, I had to ask for silver twice during our meal, we ordered wine and it was never poured for us after the initial glass, and on and on. We also could not see the menus and we saw our waiter give another guest a flashlight, when we inquired about the lighting our waiter informed us that he did not control the lighting. All in all, the poor service left us very disappointed overall with the Red Inn.
Again, the food was excellent, but the service needs some help!!
