We were in town this weekend and noticed there was lots happening. Upon arriving we heard that the Montreal Pride which is coming up in a couple weekends had split off from some of the parties. Divers/Cites was what I thought was the main attraction for this past weekend (August 1st). However, it seemed to have a lot of out of towners and not many montrealais seemed to attend. By the end of the weekend we heard that twist had also organized several events. I am curious what the difference was between the two groups and what people thought of each groups events. Otherwise it would take two years to personally research given you cannot be in two places at once!
