Kooomi-TheGuesthouse offers comfort with the charm of an authentic Berlin and Cape Style interior. A cosmopolitan spirit mixed with a GREEN living philosophy. With an excellent service we want to make sure our guests feel home at our Guest House when exploring a hip, trendy and pulsing city.
We are located in Schöneberg, the gay centre of Berlin. Gay bars, restaurants and clubs are in the neighbourhood.

In addition we are offering one studio / a small one room apartment (55 sqm) with fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area, king size bed, a balcony with a great view of Berlin, TV (flat screen) and wireless LAN / internet access.
GREEN living is very important to us. We believe the future is us and for our children. All our activities have an impact on the environment not only locally but nationally and internationally. Therefore, it is essential for us to achieve continuous improvement on what ever we do and to ensure steps are taken wherever possible to promote environmental awareness.
Therefore, we don't just buy new items but we are collecting furnitures and remodeling these. We by food on local farmer markets. Fruits, bred and drinking water is from the region. We focus on water and energy saving by what ever we do through out the day. We encourage our guests to rent bicycles in a neighbor store or using puplic transportation rather than driving by car when exploring the city .
