General use of site

You do not need to register with us to use the Pink Choice Site.  However, if you wish to post a review, you will need to register as a member.

We may collect certain limited information about non-members.  This may include your IP address, browser and computer type, access times, the web page from which you reached our Site, and the web pages on our Site that you access.  We also use "cookies", a technology that allows us to track your path through our Site and to determine whether you visited us before.  Cookies are pieces of information that a website places on your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes.  If you have not registered as a Member on the site, cookies will contain no personally identifiable information.  We may collect anonymous site data for statistical purposes, and we may provide this to our advertisers and other third parties as a way of measuring the popularity of our site, and of particular features of our site.

Registered Members

If you choose to register with us, you will be able write travel reviews and post certain other content on our site.  We encourage you to register, but you may read reviews and search for listings on our site without registering.

If you register, we will collect certain personal information about you, which may include your name, address, telephone number, travel preferences, and email address.  We may store all or some of that information in a cookie file on your hard drive, so that our system will recognize you each time you visit our site.

We will not sell or rent your personally identifying information to any other party without your prior consent.

We may, however, disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, or to protect or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, or if we believe it is necessary to investigate or prevent illegal activities or fraud.  In addition, if Pink Choice LLC is acquired by or merged with another entity, the acquiror would have access to the confidential information we maintain, but we would require such entity to assume our obligations under this privacy policy.
